About

As the commerce media space expanded rapidly, Emma and Ana identified a clear gap: women lacked visibility, support, and access to meaningful growth opportunities.

Women in Commerce Media was created to fill that gap. Through events, mentorship, and speaking opportunities, the collective supports women in advancing their careers and shaping a more inclusive future for retail media.

Business Goals

Women in Commerce Media lacked a distinct digital presence despite building a growing community. The goal was to create a cohesive brand identity that increased visibility, established strong brand presence, and reflected the collective's mission of empowering women in the industry.

Impact

Within just 12 months of it's inception, Women in Commerce Media achieved enormous success:

• Hosted more than 20 local events in Minneapolis, NYC, Australia, Berlin and more.
• Grew to 1,200+ members.
• Took part in 12 tradeshows including NRF, Advertising Week, Cannes Lions, Brand Week, RetailX and others.
• Partnered with brands like TikTok, Douglas, Mimeda, Zalando, Fluent, Criteo and more.
• Grew their chapter leads to 10+ women worldwide.
